Raindrops

The rain fell on a spring day,
Refreshing the earth, the leaves of green.

You could see the raindrops on the petals and leaves,
The wind caressed the tress causing them to sway.

The distant friends without their friendship,
To be reunited after many days.

The lovers moistened by the dew drops of rain,
Caressing and hugging to last fiorever.

The beautiful rainbow of colours,
Beautiful when the sun shines again.

The puddles created by the rain,
Tiny sparrows splash about bathing in the puddle.

Chipmunks and squirrels scamper about,
Frolicking and chasing nuts left by the passerby.

Birds in their nest chirping their song,
You could hear the blue jays and song sparrows.

This is a delightful experience for the friends of nature,
Another beautiful day blessed by God.
