Rainbows

Rainbows reaching through the mist.
Arches ever searching for the end
Where the colors plummet to the earth,
Then disappear as quickly as they came.

Where did they come from, how were they made?
Was it science or a sign from God?
As the story has been told since ancient times,
Which gives you comfort, which is your truth?

Everything can be explained by science,
But how do we want to explain faith?
That warm feeling that there is a presence
That makes our very existence whole.

Well said with good question. I did a poem on Rainbow. So many do not pay any attention to them anymore. Much less question it. To busy. I share your wonderment and faith. Peace, Love and Joy.
