Rainbow

To Noah said He, never will I destroy the world again
My bow I will place in the sky when it rains
And life was renewed over all the earth

God’s Everlasting love splashed out in red
A symbol of blood, the people he wed

Gave to man new enthusiasm and passion
Spread in Orange, every creature designed in fashion

Sunshine and joy sang in the valleys below
So he set aside the colour yellow

The trees grew and breeze blew
New growth in green and birds flew

Blue the color of sky and sea
Spoke to man of His Wisdom and Loyalty

A peaceful night to day’s long labour
Indigo he chose for peace with neighbour

Voilet to remind us of His Royalty
To man a lesson to live in Sanity

These myriad hues
He stuck to each other with glue
VIBGYOR ----
