Rain Keep Falling
As I walk, I often pray for better weather…
God, why me dwell where the rain fall?
Where the streets stream sorrowful Tears.
Here, my vision blurred, but for Knowing.
Hard rain, soaking my bones to despair…
Righteous of all, stop the pain!
No care for the flooding of my sanctuary.
Torrents drowning my soul, yet my spirit happy.
Dark clouds bursting and the air cankers.
“Why wear your best shoes on a rainy day?”
one asked. I smiled.
My Rain keeps falling.
