In Italian fortississimo is very, very loud, whereas fortissimo is only very loud. I hear you, Charles. I'm eighty one and still see the world through the same eyes. Body? OUCH! Great Tanka. Love, Dave

The first 80 years are the best, Charles! I like the irony in the first line. A diagnosis of three years would still be terminal after this time had passed, right? Very complex poem, my friend. I have read it several times and am hoping I got the meaning you intended. Love, Carolyn
