Rain

the heart thirsts for pure water
a beacon of hope to a hurting world
Rain fell down on my face
bask in the vast array of Peyton place
 reach deep inside
we have no reason to hide
 through the drama & pain
not having you in my arms is driving me insane
love can cause one to seek
a solemn solace of a midnight breach
who knows when this pain will stop
we fade away like leaves in the wind
fallen Elms with leaves too thin
a sparkling array of blissful care
I shed a single tear to numb the inner desire
 burning for hidden treasure
 the fall of the weather
Rain falling down from the sky
a helping hand to get you by
 it's the reason to believe
while the world outside watch as you bleed
carry me through a distant shore
lest I implore another opened door
four wheel with a tire that's flat
working so hard can give you a heart attack
we walk by faith not by sight
a bird in flight leaving in the night
seek for truth with all your might that is your right
Rain on my head it's the walking dead
 a face full of lead
what's going on inside are heads ?
