Rain

Written about a girl named,,,,,Rain I see your subtle cloud..on the horizon You whisper...there's no cause for alarm But I've learned, you delight in surprising.... 'Cause every time you come around... You bring a storm.... So Rain...You're not welcome here! I sure don't need your doubts and fears Go deal your misery down memory lane Be the tears in the eye of a hurricane 'Cause Rain, Rain, Rain...... You're not welcome here! You want me to believe all your sweet lies 'Bout how a little Rain can make love grow But after drowning in all your sorrow A broken heart is all..... I'll have to show So Rain...You're not welcome here! I sure don't need your doubts and fears Go deal your misery down memory lane Be the tears in the eye of a hurricane 'Cause Rain, Rain, Rain...... What an unusual name and I love your interpretation of it in your lyrics - would love to hear the vocals and music to this one chuck. I heard of a girl called 'storm' named after a character in a book:-) hugs Jan xx

Thanks Juli, Yes it has been put to music. I used a girl to sing it. thought it would be more commercial . My publishers were not real excited, so on to another song maybe about Wind or Snow??? What do you suggest?? Love, Chuck
