Rain

One rainy afternoon as I was driving
taking precautions, necessary when the roads are wet and slick
suddenly, a thought occurred to me; what thought you ask
the rain is like sin!

The windshield wipers are like God, wiping our sins away
the rain continues to come, what does that tell you?
we keep on sinning and God keep on forgiving us
whenever I turn on my wipers, remembering the thought

Funny how we worry more about what people think of us
rather than what God thinks of us
to see the rainbow, first you must endure the rain
the water will flow when you get the picture

If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it
When you experience happy moments, praise God
When you experience difficult moments, seek God
When you experience quite moments, worship God
When you experience painful moments, trust God
