rain poured, the dwy slowly passed by, sunlight broke.... ducks returned to pond's deep depths blustery breeze whipped fallen leaves, ushering in north air ice spewed, earth shivers sunlight's welcomed warmth by day, hibernation dens huddling conserves heat by night 7-5-7 7-7-5 5-7-7 Written: 12-15-2022 First attempt at new forms... dwy-noun-a gusty flurry or shower, a brief squall or storm accompanied by precipitation. The gentle shower, the accompanying wind, the fall of ice.. all these together would have made the day very cold, but then came the sunlight's welcoming warmth. Well done Sara ....
