Rahy
Rahy is not my real name, you know
Behind is a real person though
Rahy is what my mom used to call me
It smells like love and her white blouse frills
When she put her moist lips on my cheek
Rahy is not my real name, but it’s a name I love
It reminds me of days, when sun was really bright
And our laughs could shake the whole house
When I told her elementary school jokes
Rahy is not my real name
With the wrong accents and wrong stress, no one can pronounce my name
I prefer you to call me Rahy, that’s what my mom used to call me!
Don’t forget to put some melody to my name, that’s how she used to say
A tad bit of affection, and a life time sacrifice…
That’s how you should call my name
Wait.. that was her.. Never mind!
