Raging Lives

A fire raging and a forest burning
What shall stop our pain?
Is it love, is it life?
Is it death?
Can we bring ourselves to ignore it?
Can we bring ourselves to hate it, to let life perish?
What can a fire bring besides hate, anger, and deception?
No wind…
No rain…
No love…
But here is all the hate
Here is all the death
Here is all the pain
No one cares but a life will pass
A life that has passed, a life that is forgotten…
These raging lives…

The answer to all of life's problems is "Love", however most people are living from only their natural minds on a flesh level, not from love , the essence of their true being. Ciara, I have enjoyed reading your poems, May God bless & keep you in the power of his love, Sincerely Moses
