Rage :: German Sonnet

When one hurts us, gossips behind our back we can't stop thinking about her what's told were untrue; rage rise but somehow controlled; Her words keep resurfacing, like flashback. The toxic cyclical thinking we hold are physically harmful. Study shows unhappy mind brings stress; everyone knows it linked to some diseases those unfold. The stress chemicals we wallow expose us to worse conditions, if allowed loose; But, our thoughts are not facts, what we should use. Why to believe what we think, that arose Rage, true; let us not forget their abuse is "real but untrue", rage lets unloose. ~X~X~X~
