Rage
I'm pacing like an animal that's stuck in a cage,
My shadow forms a Lion blocking sun from my rage,
Each footstep leaves a paw mark sinking deep in the ground,
while it's wake is hiding me from such a deafening sound.....
My mane is full of highlights from the fire within,
Burning like a skylight so the day cannot end,
And though I may be miles away admire the light,
Don't look too long cuz its that strong you may lose your
sight...
So look toward the mountains everytime that I roar,
The echo that embrace's you knocks you to the floor,
You'll only have a second just to get to your feet,
The second wave is coming with more pressure than heat...
When anger is the only thing increasing within,
You have to make more room for something else to move in,
Find the highest pinnacle that faces the shore,
So you can cage what caused the rage and roar till no
more...
