Rage

(Based on a bipolar episode)

Agonizing screams inside my head
The many emotions that dwell
Trying so hard to keep my sanity
Deep down I start to swell

Got to keep it in, can't let it go
For if I do I'll break
Want so much to rid the pain
Don't know how much I can take

Mind spinning out of control
Have to escape from this cage
Without warning, the demons break free
Destroying what's left with their rage
