Quickly Rushing!!
Rush hour seems to have started at 5:00 A.M.
With lots of running and no time to waste,
Finding shoes, grabbing lunches, rushing to the door,
Hoping to make the clock slow down with no ticking anymore.
There is some laughter, a little pushing and some skipping,
But no time to just sit down.
Thinking and waiting and then it starts again,
Children jumping in the car and talking begins.
Nice to hear their voices even though, were still,
Rushing to the house to cook and clean and start,
The running with the rushing all over, Bless our hearts!!
