Questions of Faith

Divine meanings stretched across the night sky
Beneath a sea of stars I felt so small
There in the open space I could ask why
God would build such an impossible wall

In questions of faith I looked for answers
Always looking for somewhere to call home
Among shooting stars and lovely dancers
I wonder if I will forever roam

My life is full of stories I can't stand
All in an effort to learn what I am
My life is ebbing away like smooth sand
I'm feeling damned like a lost little lamb

All I can ask is for one more story
To lead me to faith and perhaps glory
