Quest
The quest for scientific proof,
Of the persistant existence of God,
Becomes hunger disguised as the truth,
That consistently leaves you at odd..
As book's became fables and tales,
Same old stories told by different profits,
We looked for the traces and trails,
In our genes just to see what unlocks it...
Selectively finding the clues,
As we look further into our past,
Subjective to what we can't choose,
While we search for that one thing that
lasts...
And this may be our moment in time,
Or just repeats of copies before,
But something that's hidden inside,
Tells me that we are meant to be more...
It's funny .... We look to the stars,
When we're dreaming of what we could be,
But now I look into my heart,
For the answer's God"s given to me...
