Queen Anne's Lace
An angelica queen wearing a gown of lace
Like fine Victorian lace tattered by hand.
Radiating white flowers, dainty and sweet,
She nods and waves with the slightest breeze.
Her stems stand with finery, airy green ferns.
Bumble bees come drinking her sweet nectar
And swallowtails feed upon her tender leaves.
Wildflowers are nature's beautiful bouquets.
