Queen Anne's Lace

Queen Anne
                                          Dainty Doilies
                                   Peppering the meadow
Wild and free along the roadside
Keeping the secrets of poison ivy
                                 She is mysteriously wise
                                  Twinkling and glittering
                                        Her white magic
                                            Queen Anne

I love the idea of Queen Anne's Lace as "Dainty Doilies" in a meadow... lovely imagery/ description! ;)

Thank you. I see that you know exactly what they are and how they look in a meadow, floating about on their giant skinny legs!
