On the premise of Building A Quality Culture
This is a note on its bleeding in a gradual progression
Disciplines like TQM Total Quality Management We’ve
Six sigma ensures that all tangibles are in order H
But then in all as same certain cracks refrain A
Quality in management it does steamroll C
Devoid of what’s human experiences . K
Human A commodity, Sans identity. . E
Markets. ensnaring rationale dignity D
Consume. Can be identical & tad.
So much for Quality Culture fad. T
High on order. Caliberated D. H
Sheep shall toe the line. A. E
A nail that sticks out T.
Will be hammered in. A. H
Human experience as. U

Prove that you are. A. A
Not a robot. There T. N
are no feelings Out A

Locked in asymmetrical bars In hand
A social animal in isolation. To Surf
In a smart lock up. Now
You’re saving the world
We told you long ago
In bits and pieces
In short phrases
You’ve evolved
From animals.
In isolation
You’re
The
Most dangerous
You’ll stay afloat
