Quadruple Haiku

I stole my first kiss,
was running away as I
heard, “COME BACK LET’S PLAY!”

I’ve learned over time,
resist certain invites but
“NEVER A GOOD TIME!”

Went back to her house
thinking she was a good time
but I’ll never know.

Her mama was there.
Instead of coming, I went!
Haven’t been back since.

I love the multiple Haiku. These cleverly identify frustration. Congrats on the selection. daver
