Putting Your Mouth In Your Foot

A foot in the mouth is nothing new
Though physically it’d be hard to do

It would take lots of twisting and turning
That dubious juxtaposition to be earning

From a symbolic point of view
It’s an extremely easy thing to do

But if you turn the expression around
A skilled Photoshop user must be found

Feet are already ugly enough, I feel
But more so with a mouth in the heel
