Purse Worthy

A fellow poet the other day
Had the kindest words to say
At first I kind of felt all nerdy
To hear my poem would be “purse worthy”
This was a term quite new to me
So she explained it so I’d see
It meant she thought the poem was good
She’d put it in her purse – she would
So she could read it any time
I’m kind of glad I wrote that rhyme

Mke!!!!! WOW!!!um...er...speechless. "Thanks for the ode," seems so little to say when you've really touched my heart. And so very, very glad, you did eventually understand. Welcome to the feminine side ... lol... even if your visit is short. Hmmm... what DO guys keep in their wallets? Just the basics, or is there something a little special there, too? Ah, there's a secret to reveal. :-) smiles as always from Cyndi
