Purloined Party Favors

The party was well planned. Fun and games would be had. Mom spent many long days making candy goodies for bro's special day. Finally, the day came. Outside, my brother's friends ran and played party games. Inside the playhouse, sat Lifesaver works of art. The candies looked so cute. Some looked like little boats. Others just like wee planes. For, when the big boys' games would end, they would partake in Lifesavers and cake. Yet, the plans would be spoiled, as the wee boy's tum filled with candies that were hid in a playhouse, by mom. The boy, to avoid harm, mutely left the crime scene. Caught by a mom too smart, would she cut out his heart?
