Punished By

If you slip and fall,
If you see my soul,
If the serpent snaps,
If you slice its vein,
Feel my tempered rage,

For I am cruel,
For you are mine,
For in this hex,
I spit my tooth,

Nerve Exposed,
vengeance late,
Cry for me,

Bruises,
Shining,
Faith.
