Ptsd Pressup Challenge
The 22 press up challenge is a real good thing
It helps the sufferer see that people do care
Without this challenge they couldn't sing
But it's all about making people aware
Ptsd is a horrible fate
In all walks of life Suffered by many
But please understand to lose a mate
Is far too much for any
I'm not saying go out and do
It's a challenge to make people see
It's for people like me and you
All it is 22 pressups easy
The thing these people have seen and done
Should never be witnessed by anyone
