Psalms 23 Patients’ Edition

The Lord is my physician.
I won’t be sickly.
He helps me to get my rest and much-needed sleep.
He gives me exercises to do;
He makes me stronger.
He instructs me on the best supplements
for my health’s sake.
Even though my food and environment are filled with toxins,
I will feel safe
because I trust in You.
Your wisdom and Your remedies soothe me.
I encounter infections and viruses in many places that I go;
You protect me from Pandemics.
I feel so grateful.
Surely strength and fitness will enhance my well-being
through the days of my life,
and I will be healed by my Physician
evermore.

What gave me away? The fact that no doctors can cure me? Haha. I keep praying though. What else can I do? Thanks so much for the win. This was your best contest yet.

Wonderful and creative take on Psalms 23. You should have thanked nurses tto, they do most of the work. Doctors prescribe you relief with more and more medications.

yes, but I chose doctor because I was relating to God, who is male (I know some people like to claim God is both sexes, but I don't think that way)

We have only one real Physician and that is our Lord. Hugs xx

that is true. I pray all the time for him to heal me of my weird conditions but I think my faith isn't strong enough

Andrea, very clever you are. Plus, you could be teaching medical school with this one...at least what the physicians should be responsible for!

Thanks. Sadly, our doctors care only about prescribing drugs and little else. My oncologist ruined my life with a fake bone strengthener
