Psalm of Mine

To all of you that give me praise
I think you all deserve a raise

But as I can’t grease your palms
I will be happy with your psalms

Songs are how I grew up
The Psalm is just as much

As it teaches us to appreciate
Sometimes things we all hate

One thing we all must do
Is thank our families to

Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, dead or living and then some others

As without each other we can’t survive
To sing our songs up to the skies
