How true. Very cute proverb. I have not tried a Senryu yet.

LOL Now that has some wisdom in it. LOL Comparisons: children to children, wife to wife, husbands to husbands, race to race, religion to religion...any comparisons can deliver pain to one or the other. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! lol Wise one here, Joyce. Excellent. Love to you. Dane Ann

Reads like a very clever proverb, Joyce, and has a bit of humor as well. Nicely done senryu! Love, Carolyn

Not a good perspective....Rather live in second place as the other prospect is not good. Good luck in the contest. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
