Prophecy of Pocahontas
Pocahontas was forewarned.
Light ones were coming from a far off land.
Her destiny was intertwined with them, somehow.
Their ships had come to her in a sweat lodge vision.
This prophecy was different than most
It started out with a haze of deep hot pink,
A color she had not seen except in the tiny flowers
Pay attention, Dream Woman said. This is your destiny.
The instant she saw him, she recognized him as her forever man.
