Prisoner
Constant contradicting thoughts,
What was prohibited is now not law,
All the kids they laugh,
All the kids they stare,
I just try to be happy,
I just try to be free,
Since then, from this prison,
That I'm locked in,
They won't let me out,
I got nowhere to go,
This has become my home,
I'm still a prisoner,
For all the sins and the pain,
I'm still a prisoner,
It's written on my name,
My identity,
Numbers they gave me,
My identity,
Means that I'm not free,
Whisper not a single word,
Silence has become my virtue,
How else do I fight, get through,
Their law suffocates me, no truth,
Their law is against me,
I don't know what else to do,
I'm already a prisoner,
For all the sins and the pain,
I'm already a prisoner.
