Prison of My Mind

This Hole-
I always seem to dig in,
Never wanting what is to come,
Never taking pleasure in it,
I want to mend,
These broken hearts-
And mine,
My insides,
They churn with disgust-
Disgust of myself.
I am furious,
Yet withdrawn,
Let me out,
Out of this prison-
Not physical,
Oh no-
It’s a prison of my mind.
