MY GHOST CAT

For Priscilla, my little Manx cat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge a long time ago at the age of twenty. 

cat ghost haunting me
even after twenty years~
was my one true love

Andrea Dietrich May 14, 2026 at 7:11 PM Awww I so relate. We had the best cat ever who died of cancer after 18 lovely years with her. No cat has surpassed her. Also I had a Siamese named Priscilla. She died while I was in college and had lived 23 years! Chetta Achara May 14, 2026 at 7:19 PM I think most non cat people are surprised cats can live so long. I am actually more of a dog person though I have had several wonderful cats in my life.

When we lose them it is like family -- I had a little black cat, Shadow, long gone but I still feel his special pounce on the bed at night. It is not imagination.
