It's days like these that we wonder why?
Such a talented pop artist had to die-
Rushed by the sad news bombarding the web
We wonder with sadness what really happened to this celeb-
Our hearts beat a little slower tonight
While listening to the touching lyrics he loved to write
Music poured out of his soul
and boy could he play the guitar out of control
An inspiration to so many producers, writers and singers
His music will always forever deeply linger
Rest in Peace
PRINCE
Rest in the beautiful "Purple Rain" where there is no more earthly pain-
Drive off in your "Little Red Corvette" to where the sun never sets
Rest in the "Kiss" like a promise never to miss-
Rest "When Doves Cry" up- up -up in the sky-
Rest in Peace
