Bring clarity
To your inner self
Known as myself
What is your pride worth
It exists from birth
It is self love
A gift from above
Pride can be your inner voice
When you have to make a choice
It can make you weak
When happiness you seek
Pride can bring happiness
Pride can bring sadness
It can lead to regret
Hoping to forget
When pride is your guide
It is a bad ride
Causing you to lose
Totally confused
Take pride in the positive
Learning to forgive
Take pride in your family
Living together happily
Taking the road less traveled
No longer unraveled
As pride is restored again
