Pretty Memories

I've had some Pretty memories in my ugly times The pain broke my heart, but the pretty memories remain in my mind I recall the pretty memories in times when I feel down Because no matter what I go through, the pretty memories stay around I played football daily as it took my mind away from negative thoughts People break your heart, so I gave mine to Hip Hop and sport It's created a lot of pretty memories that I will never forget I replay them memories regularly because they are pictures I will never neglect My dad died, but 1 year later Manchester United won the double My team winning the Premier league and champions league made me feel better about my troubles I've always valued football more than anything else So you can't understand the happiness I felt Katie told me I was a star boy and to see her on the weekend I said I'd take her to kiss land as she sees there's a beauty behind my madness Maybe I just overdid the weeknd references with those lines But we both loved weeknd and Katie made my pain disappear like magic Rebecca you had an amazing body and the Sex was great But it was your Smile alone that let me know there would be better days I was struggling with myself but you somehow put me at Comfort and at ease My anxiety was bad, but you managed to get me to go out with you to Cinema and for something to eat I'd been through Lot of pain and my world sucked I remember at age 15 me and a few friends went to a shopping center to see who could chat the most girls up I somehow won when I got 6 numbers out of 10 attempts I guess on that day I felt like a prince I've had some Pretty memories in my ugly times The pain broke my heart, but the pretty memories remain in my mind I recall the pretty memories in times when I feel down Because no matter what I go through, the pretty memories stay around
