Pressure-

The pressure
Of everything you think and feel and know
Is something you have to hang onto for a little while

No matter how heavy or painful

Because
If you let it all go at once
You might float off into the sun

But if you wait too long

And hold it all in
It is almost worse cause you explode
And hit everyone around you with the fragments

Maybe that's why

I hold everything in bottled up
In the dark recesses of my mind
Only let out through tears on my pillow

Slowly

Drowning out it all
Feeling it go out like the tide
Just to come back as a tsunami
