Pressing Buttons

I have these buttons that people press,
That make me a little crazy.
It might be someone who leaves a mess,
Because they are too lazy.

Or it might be someone who makes a noise,
When I want to take a nap.
Or my brother who takes my toys,
And my favorite baseball cap.

An elevator has buttons too,
That take it up and down.
It happily does what it’s told to do,
And doesn’t make a frown.

Maybe I won’t jump again,
When my buttons are pressed.
I could just count to ten,
And be a lot less stressed.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
