Pregnant Mother

As obvious as the summer’s moon
Full of hope and expectations
Yet clouded with uncertainty
Sailing on the sea of dreams
Waiting on the banks of exploration
Teasing time with sore of agitation and pure innocence
Till patience outweighs arrogance
And the moon ushers in the twilight of hope
Behold, the fruit of the womb
Alas, the dawn of reality
