predictable rise who knows deer in the road traffic woes blackened skies amidst the hush parting clouds a dawning blush weather forecast rain or snow either or unpredictably so what ever happens inside this day uncontrollably we have no say

It is important to realize we are not in charge, only living here on borrowed time. Great poem.

Hi Sandra wonderful poem. We hit a deer the other week. Took off the bumper. What kills people is they swerve to miss it. Just hit the deer. Thanks for sharing this. Best of luck in the contest

ouch, sorry to hear you hit one, glad you are okay... insurance company says swerving is worse, if you can't avoid it, then hit it... thank you so much Greg... hugs :)

- Thousands of moose and deer have to cope with life on Norwegian roads every year ... terribly sad, Sandra - The weather here is stormy and a lot of rain ... but can do nothing about it - Best wishes in the contest ... hope you get a top win :) - hugs // Anne-Lise

Here too with the deer my friend. It was a busy road but very early. I stopped and waited for him to find his way across the road but I see many that did not fair so well. Thank you my friend :) hugs

So true! Anything can happen on any given day, and we have little to no control over any of it ~ that we can predict! ;) Awesome piece of writing, Sandra!

And Sandy posts a rhyming poem which was definitely unpredictable but so beautifully done that I hope it becomes the opposite. Loved this my friend and yes...the weather, can't think of anything that is predicted so much for something so unpredictable. Best wishes in the contest

a centered rhyming poem....so unpredictable of me... this day was weird...a deer standing in the middle of the road, confused, the black mountain of clouds, the little break just beneath with a bright blush... Thank you my friend... hugs
