Precious Time

When you find yourself going upstream
Life may feel heavy as it seems
Take a breath for just a moment
Capture the precious time well spent

Move with ease like a butterfly
Treat yourself well, reach for the sky
Answers don’t always come fast
Let yourself be free at last

The birds are singing to you
The sun is shining straight through
With warmth into your soul inside
Where you will reach places to confide
