Prebout rituals

4 cups of grounded cooked roasted beef
Shredded course in food processor
7 cups of cooked white rice
4 cups of cooked wild rice
4 cups of sliced sauteed mushrooms 
1 cup of sauteed onions 
4 tablespoons of brown garlic
2 cup red wine
5 cups of unsalted French onion soup
2 cups of sour cream
2 cups grated Parmesan and Swiss mixed
Mix and bake

10 catfish fillets ground
1 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of shredded cucumber 
4 tablespoons chopped dill
1 teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning
3 t of low sodium soy sauce
5 T brownsugar
5 tablespoons of sweet sherry
1 T Cayenne pepper
1 T chile powder
4 egg yolks
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 T of flour
2 T cornstarch 
Mix make balls coat with flour egg breading brown in oil bake til done

12 baked potatoes cooked done
Halfed and scooped out

6 cups of mashed potatoes
1/4  c of shredded boiled eggs
3 egg yolks whished
1 cup of softened butter
1 cup of whipped cream no sugar added
1 cup of chopped bacon
1 cup of shredded cheddar
1 cup spinach
1 cup of soft goat cheese
Ground nutmeg

12 halved sweet potatoes
Potato mashed with 2 cups of butternut squash
Sugar, vanilla, egg yolks, 1 cup of softened cream cheese,
Cinnamon raisins, smoked pecans, 1 package of white chocalete instant pudding, 1/4 c of nut liquor, 1 cup of mozzarella 
Cook until cheese melts, make a strawberry glaze with strawberry jam and white wine, honey and sugar ._

2 c sliced strawberries
1 cup of raspberries
1 sliced and pitted apricot
1/2 bananna
5 cups of white wine
2 cup of nut liquor
1/2 of honey
2 gingerale
Blend smooth  the fruit add 5 ice cubes and re blend
Mix in soda wine and liquor. Shake & Serve cold .
