Hello Gershon, LOL, that two-line image, a small, sharp joke, and you turn a ridiculous mismatch into a clear truth about scale and pretense. Your second couplet, fortune cookies and Cracker Jacks, sends the poem sideways. I truly liked the economy, a few words, a full picture, and a laugh that carries a sting. Very Gershonian!
