Prayers For Haiti

Haiti is in rubble today, quaking in the carnage
Poor and rich share in the destruction
Families lost, to be no more 
Orphaned children with no protector of their person
Death lies in wait, along the crumpled streets
A wailing is heard around the world for the loss of the capital
Quaking rippled across the sea

Come, come help the suffering!

Why do earthquakes seem to take target on countries like Haiti which can least afford to rebuild after they strike.
