Your question is a great one, and I have a surprising answer: Having taught over 1,500 int'l students for the past 10 years, I see that they, unlike so many of their USA counterparts, cherish the old values, be they from India, China, Poland, Ukraine, Mongolia, Thailand, Saudi, etc. Already 3+ years past normal retirement, I can continue teaching as long as I'd like. So, maybe the future really is DIVERSITY, eh?! ~ Gershon
