Prayer In the Air

Jews bang their head against the Wall
Jihadists choose the ground and sprawl
Like Christians they fear
That God can not hear
Their prayer to smite foes they recall

Prayer invisibility protects and I go nowhere without it. If you need help don't be afraid to ask for it, but expecting everything to fall in your lap is a pipe dream! I enjoyed this Rico. Aloha xxoo

I don't know your god, but I suspect your god, like any mother, knows what you need before you need it! Aloha! Rico

Hi Rico, your write is thought-provoking. As a believer, I know God hears my prayers, but as a flawed human, I have moments of doubt. Thankfully, God is Forgiving! Blessings, Rhonda :)

I suspect gods are just like mothers and teachers who turn a deaf ear to childish complaints knowing an individual could and should resolve their own difficulties without divine intervention. Aloha! Rico

The Bible tells us that "WHEN A MAN'S WAY PLEASE THE LORD HE MAKETH EVEN HIS ENEMIES TO BE AT PEACE WITH HIM. BETTER IS A LITTLE WITH RIGHTEOUSNESS THAN GREAT REVENUES WITHOUT IT." Proverbs 16:7-8 God always hears us when we pray but He doesn't always say yes. Sometimes He say wait. A fine write. God Bless, JB
