- Prayer For Reflection -

The crown of thorns
   A prayer to no avail
              God sacrificed his son -
              the most precious thing in life
   Suffering
   - with death as a consequence

   Crucified
   - silent spectator at the cross
   tears are soundless

              When things become wrong -
              we cannot ignore the action

   There is a humble
   rift in the dark
   Forgiveness _____
   - lead us home

Sara Kendrick February 4, 2023 at 4:30 AM I saw a crown of thorns plant when we visited a place called Callaway Gardens. It was very much like the picture above on the plant. The pain He suffered for us was horrible, but He paid the price so we could be set free. His love is more than any human could express. Thank you for sharing this one and for dropping by my page.
