Prayer For Christmas

That you make me like the cider tree with my roots planted firmly into the soil while I dive up into the sun. So that my leaves and my branches are nourished with the water of the earth. That the fruit of my branches give the most nitrifying fruits that are picked by birds and squirrels. My shadow falls down the hill and grass, becoming shade to people the heated creatures. My branches carry the nests of bird both from here and exotic That I may be you tree Your tree....

Excellent Christmas prayer. It has nice rhythm and flow. It is very compelling.
