I think Yak ads a human touch and that it makes the experience personal. :0)

Bonnie: Maybe "yak" could also be "yield" which is an important element in getting "good answers". But maybe that's just my experience. Keep them coming. oldbuck

Thank you for your comments. I wasn't going to use yak but I looked it up and it means to talk so used it. It doesn't sound as good as your word but it was a case that it went in this verse. I think yield would be a better word.
