Praise Not a Fool
I don't praise fools,
I'm not that kinda man
Those who bend the rules,
I don't shake their hand
I try to always follow,
adhere to the Golden rule
What I don't want done to me,
I shouldn't do it to you
But a fool is gonna try you,
to see just how far he can go
Try to play on your intelligence,
so you gotta let a fool know
I don't despise idiots,
they tend to only hurt themselves
They're a harmless nuisance,
whose denseness don't affect anyone else
But a fool is a dangerous thing,
especially a fool full grown
Mischievous little buggers,
always in to doing something wrong
You can't talk to a fool,
you can't reason with his mind
A fool loves foolishness,
every day all the time
But a fool is a fool,
especially a fool full grown
Irksome little buggers,
they just love being wrong
Praise not a fool,
instead cover him in shame
Dismiss him with no regard,
blot out his oft cursed name
